New iMac for me
I finally decided to upgrade my main computer. It’s brand new 27” iMac with dual core Intel processor. I thought about getting a quad core but I couldn’t afford that. Instead, I upgrade with 4 more GB of memory and I think that is good enough for now.
I just love the speed of this machine. It’s a night and day difference between this one and my old one. One thing I noticed is the snappiness of all the application that uses 64-bit calls to the Snow Leopard and those which uses GPU acceleration. I can’t wait to get the new Adobe CS5 so I can really do comparison of the speed.
I love this machine.
