•           Managed software/hardware of a chronic wound management system for Polyremedy.

Program Manager, 2008

•           Managed EcoRAM program (FLASH memory for server main memory) and GreenGateway (memory controller ASIC) program, with a cross functional team of 15 engineers, sub-contractors and vendors.

•           Facilitated GreenGateway program to an early release, 3 weeks ahead of the schedule.

•           Founded and managed all aspect of a video based social networking start-up from concept to launch.

•           Managed SEO, SEM, viral marketing, web marketing and other aspect of the website.

•           Architected the website, sought funding, presented business plans to Venture Capitalists/(VC)Angels and executed on the plan.

•           As one of five founders of Scentric, created all presentation material for Venture Capitalists and potential customers on an enterprise level storage software product.

•           Scentric obtained Series-A funding from HIG Ventures of Atlanta, GA.

•           Created and presented materials for Venture Capitalists including: Market Analysis, Market Sizing, Product Definition, Marketing Plan, Operational Plan, Competitive Analysis, ROI Analysis, Value Proposition, etc.

•           The company was purchased by Broadcom in 2007.
