Thanksgiving Dinner

object723Tonight was the our annual stuff fest, or better known as Thanksgiving. We as a family consume large quantity of food. Tonight was no exception. I made some appetizer with marinated shrimp wrapped in wonton skin and steamed. It was a hit, all gone in an hour or so.

We had the traditional Turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, as well as Korean food. It’s a mash of different styles but one thing for sure, it’s always good food.

With recent marriage of Eddy, our cousin clan is growing fast. We didn’t even have everyone in attendance but still a large number of us.

Already looking forward to the next holiday, which is Christmas. Usually Jim cooks his world famous prime rib. I hope he continues the tradition.
